Tic Tac Toe Three Player is a game for three players who take turns placing their marks in a 3x3 grid.  If the x player or the o player gets three marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row, it wins.  The b player wins if all cells are filled and there is no line of x's or o's.  In this instance, some moves have already been played, and only 3 cells are still empty.
